The book is printed on heavy, coated paper with silver-embossed blue linen binding. There are a limited number of signed slipcased copies printed on heavier deluxe paper. The slipcase provides year-round protection for your book so you may leave it out on vour coffee table permanently for all to enjoy.

The jacket is laminated onto the front and back of the case, and the sides are covered with blue linen. There are also autographed copies without the slipcase.
